Freddie Gibbs Credits Bun B For His Confidence In Rap

Freddie Gibbs recently hopped on Twitter to gloat once more, and picking at the rappers he’s collaborated with on songs and giving credit to a Houston legend for inspiring his competitive spirit. According to Gibbs, some artists don’t even realize they were getting dissed on a song they did with him, and all thanks go to Bun B for making Gibbs confident in his rhymes.

“I’ve honestly rapped on songs with n-ggaz and dissed them on the same song. I’m just competitive like that,” Gibbs tweeted. “I didn’t have real confidence in my raps until I rapped with a real professional rapper. Bun B gave me that. Once I rapped with him u couldn’t really tell me shit.”
