The pair teamed up to write ‘Runway’ for The Devil Wears Prada 2, the long awaited sequel to the 2006 comedy starring Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, and Emily Blunt. The movie is set to arrive in cinemas on May 1.
‘Runway’ was written by Gaga alongside Bruno Mars, Jaylah Hickmon, Andrew Watt, Henry Walter, Dernst “D’Mile” Emile II and Jayda Love. It marks the first time she and Doechii have teamed up.
Now, the two of them have unveiled a dramatic, colourful video chock-full of haute couture. Throughout the video, the duo are dressed in elegant royal gowns, studded bondage suits, eventually wearing the same giant red dress towards the video’s end.
Directed by Parris Goebel, the choreography was also designed by Goebel and Robbie Blue.

The Devil Wears Prada 2 arrives 20 years after the original film was released, and will see Streep, Hathaway, Blunt and Stanley Tucci reprise their roles in the film.
Lady Gaga is also reportedly part of the cast, although it is not yet clear which role she will be taking on.
The film is directed by David Frankel and written by Aline Brosh McKenna, and will focus on Runway magazine head honcho Miranda Priestly (Streep) navigating the changing climate of print journalism.
Meanwhile, Lady Gaga has scored one of the biggest pop tours ever with ‘The Mayhem Ball’.
On April 13, Gaga wrapped up the final show of the tour, which spanned 12 months across five continents. According to Billboard Boxscore, the tour grossed $419.5 million and sold just under two million tickets.
The tour earned four stars from NME, with a review noting: “‘Mayhem’ feels like a great Gaga album because it’s just so much fun. At times, it’s a bit like reconnecting with an old friend who makes sense even when they seem to be chatting nonsense. Seventeen years after she broke through with ‘Just Dance’, Lady Gaga remains pop’s foremost agent of impeccably crafted chaos.”
Elsewhere, Doechii and SZA have teamed up on their defiant new single ‘Girl, Get Up’.
