The Spanish singer recently kicked off her 2026 ‘LUX’ tour in France on March 16, and touched down in Milan yesterday to play her only date in Italy.
However, Rosalía’s show at the Unipol Forum was cut short as the singer took to the stage to announce she had to cancel the rest of the performance.
“I’ve had big time food poisoning and I’ve tried to push it till the end, but I’m feeling extremely sick,” Rosalía told the crowd. “I’m puking out there. And I really wanna give the best show, and I’m like on the floor, doing my best.”
Though the singer promised she would “try to keep going”, she warned that “maybe at some point I’ll have to stop”. “I’m gonna push as much as I can,” she added. “But if we have to stop – we might have to stop if I really physically, I can’t keep going. I mean, I’m in pain.”
Shortly afterwards, the singer confirmed her concert would have to stop entirely, reasoning: “I’m really unwell, and I can’t do it.”
ROSALÍA interrupts her show in Milan and cancels it after not feeling well. It is the first time in her career that she cancels a performance due to health reasons.

Rosalía is currently touring her latest album ‘LUX’, which arrived last November. In a glowing five-star review from NME, we wrote that the album “consistently leaves you with your jaw on your floor; a record that defies the playlist-driven, bite-sized, background-listening way in which we often consume music these days”.
The popstar is next scheduled to perform on March 30 at Madrid’s Movistar Arena – check out her remaining dates below and snag your tickets here.
