When his mother left, the camera switched to Minhwan, who explained that he walks on eggshells as they two had different parenting techniques, but he wasn’t sure what to say to them.

When the video was shared, it instantly gained attention. Although it is from an older episode, amid the new series and the couple’s divorce earlier last year, it sparked anger from netizens. Many were angry at the fact that Minhwan didn’t stick up for Yulhee, while others shared that they wouldn’t be surprised if the mother-in-law’s behavior contributed to the rifts between the two.

With the return of the show, old clips are being brought back to the attention of netizens, especially with the children being in Minhwan’s custody and being filmed through the hardships of dealing with their parents’ divorce.
