Miami, FL – Sony Music U.S. Latin announced today that Esteban Geller has been promoted to General Manager. Geller is based in Miami and will continue to report to Sony Music U.S. Latin President Alex Gallardo.
Most recently, Geller served as Senior Vice President, Artist Relations & Marketing, where he led artist strategy for the label’s award-winning multiplatinum roster across the global Latin music ecosystem. In his new role, he will continue to facilitate strategic opportunities for artists, adding to his scope the Puerto Rico and West Coast Operations, Radio/Promotions, Video Commissioning, and Sony Music US Latin’s relationship with Management companies. Geller worked across tentpole projects for artists like Shakira, Maluma, Jennifer Lopez, Camilo, Rauw Alejandro, Becky G, Ricky Martin, Carlos Vives, Marc Anthony, Wisin & Yandel, Manuel Turizo, Nicki Nicole, Farruko, Christian Nodal, C. Tangana, and many more.
Regarding the promotion, Gallardo stated, “Esteban is one of the most dynamic, savvy, energetic, and enthusiastic executives in the business. He has played a key role in our expansion and the sustained success of countless acts. He’s a true team player who doesn’t just envision big ideas; he actively executes them at the highest level.”

Prior to joining Sony Music in 2018, Geller represented artists like Ricardo Arjona and Diego Torres, and held positions at Fenix Entertainment Group Latin America and MTV/Vh1 Latin America. He has been named on several occasions to Billboard’s coveted Latin Power Players list.
