Vince Gill has released Stillwater Night, the tenth EP in his year-long 50 Years From Home series. The seven-track project includes collaborations with Amy Grant, Wyatt Flores, Natalie Hemby, Catie Offerman, Claire Ernst, Joy Williams, Liz Rose, and Brothers Osborne’s John and TJ Osborne. Gill launched the monthly series in October 2025 to mark 50 years since leaving his native Oklahoma to pursue a music career, drawing on songs written during a prolific period over the previous four-plus years.
Stillwater Night opens with “What Love Can Bring,” which Gill co-wrote with his wife, Amy Grant, and features backing vocals from their daughter Corrina. The title track was written with fellow Oklahoma artist Wyatt Flores, while “Room Full Of Memories” brings together Gill, Liz Rose, John Osborne, and TJ Osborne. “You’re The One” marks Gill’s first released collaboration with Natalie Hemby and also features backing vocals from Jenny Gill. “Take It Slow,” co-written with Claire Ernst, and the Joy Williams collaboration “When You Belong” round out the new material.
The EP closes with “Pretty Little Adriana,” Gill’s Grammy-winning 1996 single from High Lonesome Sound. Like the previous installments of 50 Years From Home, the record was produced and recorded by Gill at his home studio near Nashville. The core group of musicians includes Paul Franklin, Jedd Hughes, Tom Bukovac, Jack Schneider, Gordon Mote, John Jarvis, Jim “Moose” Brown, Jimmie Lee Sloas, and Fred Eltringham. Each EP cover in the series also features an instrument from Gill’s collection, with Stillwater Night showcasing a vintage Martin OM45 that Grant gave him for his 50th birthday.
The release follows Gill’s 50 Years From Home summer tour, which began June 18 and included a six-night residency at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. In November 2025, Gill received the CMA Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award at the 59th Annual CMA Awards, where Brandi Carlile and Patty Loveless performed “When I Call Your Name” in tribute. In October 2025, Gill signed a lifetime recording agreement with MCA and announced the 50 Years From Home series, beginning with I Gave You Everything I Had. Gill, who has won 22 Grammy Awards, is also set to rejoin the Eagles for their next run of Sphere performances in Las Vegas in September.
