The royal made the announcement during an appearance on James Corden’s After Hours show on Fox, during a discussion on which of Britain’s many Harrys is the most recognisable.

Prince Harry was eluctant to answer at first, joking: “There’s a conflict of interest here,” but eventually gave in after Corden and co-host Rio Ferdinand encouraged him to be “bold.”

“Be bold?” the he said. “Harry Styles [first], Harry Kane [second].”

He then conceded that he thinks he’s in third place, “equal” to Harry Potter, joking “We’ll have a Quidditch off,” to settle the tie.

According to Google Trends, however, both Kane and Potter actually outrank Prince Harry and Styles in terms of being the most searched for Harry – with Potter actually leading the way.

In other news, Styles recently broke the record for the longest residency by a musician at Wembley Stadium with his 12th show on July 4, and later was awarded a Blue Peter special gold badge to commemorate the achievement.

The record-breaking 12th Wembley date of the ‘Together Together’ tour featured a Pride celebration, where Styles performed alongside a group of drag queens and kings. There was also an appearance from his sister, Gemma, who gave an emotional message of congratulations on the feat.

The July 1 show coincided with the England men’s team playing DR Congo in the FIFA World Cup, and Styles was captured reacting joyfully to Harry Kane’s winning goal.

The ‘Together, Together’ residency tour will still see Styles perform in São Paulo, Mexico City, Melbourne and Sydney throughout 2026. It also includes a 30-show residency at Madison Square Garden, which will be his only US dates this year. See the full list of dates here.

Styles launched the tour in Amsterdam in May, debuting a number of new songs and giving fans the first look at the large-scale production.

It comes in celebration of his recent album ‘Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally’, which was awarded four stars by NME, in a review that described the album as “the most exploratory album of his career so far, trying out new things and steering his ship in new directions”. The review added that the record was “an album that you’ll really want to spend a lot of time with, letting all its layers envelop you”.
