Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been accused of sexually assaulting and drugging a 10-year-old boy in a new lawsuit.

The plaintiff claimed that he was accompanied by his parents when they met with numerous music executives in New York in 2005, in an attempt to help his “burgeoning” music career.

In documents obtained by Rolling Stone, it is said that a consultant – who had been hired by the child’s parents – ushered him to a hotel room to meet Combs and left the two alone. The alleged victim claimed that he was given a soft drink laced with drugs, due to how he felt shortly after consuming it.

The lawsuit reads: “After plaintiff consumed his soda and began feeling its effects, Combs told plaintiff to move closer to him, which plaintiff did. Combs then abruptly pushed plaintiff down and said words to the effect of, ‘You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes’.

“Once plaintiff had been pushed down, Combs pulled his penis out of his pants and told the 10-year-old plaintiff to ‘kiss it’. When plaintiff resisted, Combs nevertheless forced his penis into plaintiff’s mouth and proceeded to repeatedly push it in and out.”

Combs’ accuser claimed that he “froze in terror” because of this and lost consciousness shortly afterwards. He allegedly felt pain in his anus and buttocks and his pants were undone when he woke up.

Eventually, the plaintiff told his parents about the alleged incident with Combs. Per the lawsuit, they “were terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse”. The accuser claimed that he suffers from severe depression and anxiety that stems from the alleged interaction.

In a statement (via Complex), Combs’ attorneys denied these latest accusations and criticised the plaintiff’s lawyer, Tony Buzbee.

“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” it read.

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – man or woman, adult or minor.”

Earlier this month, Buzbee revealed that he was working with 120 people who have come forward with new claims against the disgraced rapper and music mogul. The conference saw the lawyer display a hotline number for people with allegations against Combs.

Among these 120 people, 25 were minors at the time of the alleged abuse, with the youngest alleged victim aged nine years old.

Other alleged instances of minors reportedly being sexually abused by Combs include a 14-year-old who it is claimed was told to meet the rapper “privately” without his parents, where he was allegedly forced to perform oral sex on Combs.

Buzbee has reportedly acknowledged the statute of limitations, but said that New York and California will likely recognise the “majority” of the 120 cases. The lawyer also said that all 120 alleged victims “intend to bring civil claims in civil court” against Combs and potential co-defendants including alleged accomplices, silent bystanders and “corporate entities”.

At the time, Buzbee said he expected all 120 alleged victims to begin filing their lawsuits in the coming month. Last week, five new civil lawsuits were filed against Combs – with the youngest alleged victim being just 13 at the time.

In a previous statement, Combs’ lawyer said the rapper “emphatically and categorically” denied the “false” and “defamatory claims that he sexually abused anyone, including minors”.

It continued: “He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”

More claims emerged in a separate lawsuit last month, in which a woman alleged that Diddy and his former bodyguard Joseph Sherman drugged, raped her and filmed the incident in 2001. Sherman has denied any criminal wrongdoing (via NBC New York), as has Combs.

“I am not questioning her integrity. I am just questioning her claims against me,” Sherman said. “You got the wrong man. I wasn’t even in the same room with you. I have never seen you. I wasn’t even in New York that I recall at the time.”

Sherman’s legal representatives said they would be filing a countersuit, which will likely include defamation allegations.

Additionally, new information about Diddy’s alleged arson attack on Kid Cudi’s car was recently revealed in a newly unearthed Los Angeles City Fire Department report. Diddy has not yet commented on the arson allegations.

Diddy’s mother, Janice Small Combs, responded to the rapper’s sexual abuse allegations in a statement on October 6. “My son is not the monster they have painted him to be, and he deserves the chance to tell his side,” she said. “I can only pray that I am alive to see him speak his truth and be vindicated.”

Combs was arrested in New York last month and subsequently charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transporting for prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Diddy was later denied bail after offering a $50million (£38.4m) bond, and was reportedly placed on suicide watch as he awaits trial. The artist has since appealed against the bail denial. His trial date is scheduled for May 5, 2025.

He remains in federal custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York City. Combs is next expected to appear in court on December 18. According to Rolling Stone, he could face up to 15 years in prison if found guilty.

It was previously reported that Combs was not eating in prison out of fear of being poisoned.

In other news, Combs’ children have shared their first public statement following their father’s arrest and charges.
