Ferg is back and spreads his wings in the visual to his new single, “Thought I Was Dead”.
In the clip, the Hood Pope dons angel wings and giving viewers an artistic look of his stomping grounds of Harlem. “Hold up, wait a minute, let me talk my shit,” he raps. “Lot of broke niggas talkin’, they ain’t talkin’ about shit / I ain’t never been a pussy, I ain’t worried ’bout a bitch / Busy getting paper, tryna keep my uncle off the bricks.”
The track arrives on the heels of his previous “Allure” featuring Future and Mike WiLL Made-It.
