JISU PARK Returns with 6th Track from 8COLOR ERA Project, “REMEMBER”

JISU PARK has returned with the single “REMEMBER” on August 31.

Even the moments I wanted to forget were ultimately part of the time that shaped who I am.

The Sixth Color: PURPLE

As the sixth installment of the ongoing [8COLOR ERA] project, “REMEMBER” stands as the track representing — a color long associated with introspection, transformation, and the quiet space between pain and healing. True to that symbolism, “REMEMBER” is a synth-pop track built on a simple but powerful belief: the moment we admit that we are afraid is the moment we can finally face that emotion.

Rather than looking away from difficult feelings, JISU PARK leans directly into them. Emotions and memories once pushed aside are brought fully into the light through music, and “REMEMBER” becomes a space where what was left behind is finally confronted — and transformed into a single, cohesive track.

Throughout “REMEMBER,” the saxophone carries what words alone cannot. Its tone moves like a second voice inside the song — clearer, in some moments, than language itself — deepening the emotional resonance at the heart of the track and giving shape to feelings that resist simple explanation.

In the latter half of the song, the chopped vocal rhythm of the repeated phrase “I still remember” takes on a symbolic role. Rather than representing erasure, the fragmented delivery reflects the act of breaking down old memories piece by piece — not to discard them, but to rebuild them as the very foundation of who JISU PARK is today.

I will not forget. The moments I lost my way. The moments I was alone. Even that day when my eyes turned red in despair. I still remember.

Alongside the release, fans can watch a behind-the-scenes vlog from the filming of the “REMEMBER” visual, offering an intimate and fun look at how the sixth chapter of [8COLOR ERA] came to life.
