Little House On The Prairie has arrived on Netflix, but what songs appear on the soundtrack? Find out below.
Developed by Rebecca Sonnenshine, the series is a new adaptation of Laura Ingalls Wilder’s semi-autobiographical Little House books. The new version is not a continuation of the classic NBC show, which ran from 1974 to 1983, but a fresh adaptation of the same books with a new cast.
Set on the American frontier in the 1800s, the show follows the Ingalls family as they build a new life near Independence, Kansas, while facing the harsh realities of prairie life.
The cast includes Alice Halsey as Laura Ingalls, Luke Bracey as Charles Ingalls, Crosby Fitzgerald as Caroline Ingalls and Skywalker Hughes as Mary Ingalls.
The first season arrived on Netflix on July 9, with all episodes available to stream now. The show has already been renewed for a second season.

The series features an original score by Dan Romer, whose previous credits include Luca, Beasts Of No Nation, Beasts Of The Southern Wild and Superman & Lois.
The official soundtrack album, released by Lakeshore Records, features selections from Romer’s score for the first season, alongside songs performed by cast members including Alice Halsey, Crosby Fitzgerald, Skywalker Hughes and Warren Christie.
