The nominations for the 2026 Emmys have been announced with The Pitt and Hacks
leading the way – check out the full list below.

Both HBO series are out in front with 25 and 24 nominations respectively, with Hacks also breaking an Emmy record for most nods ever received by a comedy in a single year.
Apple TV+’s breakout comedy horror series Widow’s Bay also had an impressive showing with 19 nominations as did Vince Gilligan’s sci-fi drama Pluribus.
Noah Wyle will be hoping to take home lead actor in a drama series for the second year in a row for The Pitt and this year faces Paradise’s Sterling K Brown, Slow Horses’ Gary Oldman, Task’s Mark Ruffalo and The Diplomat’s Rufus Sewell.
Rhea Seehorn, the Pluribus star who won the Golden Globe for her role, will also compete in the lead actress in a drama series category.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony at Los Angeles’ Peacock Theater on September 14 with actress Mariska Hargitay hosting.
