Headlines

Another hearing was held in Ador‘s lawsuit against former NewJeans member Danielle, her mother, and Min Hee-jin. In its arguments, the company alleged that the members of NewJeans had signed a contract with Cayman Island-based company AAO, and that while other members sought to sort out the double-contract upon returning to Ador, Danielle did not bring the matter up.Regarding Min, Ador presented evidence of the former CEO allegedly organizing and encouraging members to terminate their contracts. It also elaborated her role in the group’s March 2025 performance at ComplexCon in Hong Kong.

Seventeen‘s newest unit V8 (Vernon and The8) debuted with the hyperpop track “Singasong.”Choi Yoojung was playful in “Perfect Target.”UAU hit the beach for “Gene.”Chuu and Heize came together for “Rule.”

I-dle turned up the summer heat in the MV teaser for “Gimme Dat Love,” to be released July 6.Vayonn took the more chase summer comeback route in the teaser for “Muah,” out the same day.Kihyun wills et off on emotional journey when teasing “So Good,” out on July 7.Ahof will “Run to You” on July 8.Rescene‘s special single “Pretty Girl” is set for release on July 9. Yeonjun previewed the tracks of No Labels Part 2 ahead of the mini’s July 10 release.Leetuk and Heechul will debut as Super Junior-83z with the album Promise on July 13.Sunmi will drop the summer single “Forever July” on July 15.Girlset will put out the pre-release “Chat” on July 17,Fromis_9 announced they would return on July 21, though further comeback details have yet to be released.Day6‘s Young K will release his second solo EP, Youngest, on July 27.KARD will release their final album, Where to Now (Pt 2): Nowhere, on July 28.Red Velvet will reunite for the mini Velvet Summer, out on August 3.Enhypen will return with The Sin: Bliss on August 21.&Team will make a Korean comeback on September 8 with Mark on Me.

Other News

Heize’s exclusive contract with P Nation has ended. Eunsang withdrew from Younite and left Para Music. He will continue as a soloist under Brandnew Music.
