The iconic Camden venue was founded in 1901, and has hosted shows with giant names such as Madonna, Prince, Amy Winehouse, Coldplay and the Rolling Stones.
Now, KOKO will be getting a huge upgrade with a recording studio to be built in the House of KOKO situated behind the main venue. The studio will be located in the Penthouse, and will be equipped with the same mixing desk used for Kendrick Lamar’s Halftime Super Bowl Show. Artists, House of KOKO members and the KOKO Arts Academy will all be able to use the space.
Meanwhile, the venue is set to receive its own private Miraval Member’s Balcony, where where House of KOKO members can view over 150 live shows each year with their own bar.
