It has been reported on April 14 by Sports Kyunghyang that former 4MINUTE main vocalist Heo Gayoon has returned to her former agency CUBE Entertainment with the new role as a creative director, overseeing the development of an upcoming idol group.
Regarding the new group, a representative from Cube Entertainment cautiously told Maeil Business Newspaper Star, “It is true that we are preparing a new group, but we are not yet at a stage where we can share specific details.”
Heo Gayoon debuted in 2009 as a member of the girl group 4Minute under Cube Entertainment and was active until 2016. After the group disbanded, she transitioned into acting, but she halted her activities following the death of her older brother. She drew attention when it was revealed on Sebasi Talk that she has been living in Bali for three years.
