The five-member boy group VVS, consisting of Hyosung, Shinhwa, Allan, Minjae, and Taeseok made their official debut with the single “We on Top” on August 6, a year after of their pre-debut single “Bang Bang,”
VVS means a diamond with a tiny foreign substance but the highest value, and the members all have pain and scars, but they created it to share their dream of becoming artists with the best appearance.
The song “We on Top” expresses the belief that if you confidently move forward toward your dreams, you will reach the top, and the chorus lyrics “twenty-four seven, we go up to sky” are catchy. It contains a message of hope that there will be eternal value and love between the fans and me, and that if the fans cheer and smile, and they will be able to repay them by becoming a good group like in a movie.
Additionally two versions of the music video were released. The first showing off life as idols, the other with the fresh and vibrant feeling of summer.
