BLACKPINK’s Jennie Confirmed To Own Ultra-Expensive House In Netflix’s “Super Rich In Korea” Reality Show

BLACKPINK‘s Jennie is one of the most successful K-Pop idols around. As an A-list singer, model, and actress, it’s no surprise that she has a huge trail of money following her.

Her wealth was confirmed in a scene on Netflix‘s original series Super Rich In Korea.

They confirmed that Jennie lives in the multi-billion KRW luxury apartment La Terrasse Hannam.

Also, Jennie of BLACKPINK lives here at La TERRASSE.

Reports from November 2023 indicated that Jennie paid a staggering ₩5.00 billion KRW (about $3.68 million USD) on the apartment—in cash.

Photos of the building published online show why the cost to live here is so hefty. La Terrasse, located in the exclusive UN Village in Hannam, is made with a clean and modern design inside and out.

It also has a view that overlooks the Han River, bulking up the price tag for being in such a prime location.

As seen in the Super Rich in Korea episode, each apartment is large and filled with expensive furniture. The hosts commented that walking through the living room “feels like being at an art gallery.”

The program also aired the accompanying kitchen that comes with all the amenities that one may need.

The Netflix cast member, for instance, was immediately shown to a wine storage when he asked if the apartment came with one.
