Fans are overjoyed at the news that they have at least five more years to spend with SEVENTEEN, which will come to a total of 12 years overall after they debuted.

This is even more notable because most idol groups only renew their contracts for three years at a time following their initial seven year contract. If they only signed a three year contract, their contract would be expiring in just a few short months.
