The last episode of EXchange 3 brought about many tears. Viewers were rooting for the 13-year couple, Dong Jin and Da Hye to get back together. In the end, Dong Jin chose Hye Won for his final choice.

These two love triangles were the pinnacles of the season. Many viewers were interested to find out who would end up with who. Usually, the show also provides an update at the last episode, as to whether the couple is still together or not by the time of broadcast. In Dong Jin-Hye Won’s case, they seemed to be not dating at the time of broadcast. Similarly, Joo Won did not get together with Yu Jung as she chose her ex instead.
Fans of both couples have renewed hope that they could be reunited. In recent photos of the cast as a group, Dong Jin-Da Hye and Seo Kyung-Joo Won seem extra close with each other.
