Despite being suspected of impairment, Toliver, accompanied by others in the vehicle, reportedly did not undergo a field sobriety test but was cited and released by authorities. Toliver has not confirmed the incident but shared an image of Tupac Shakur on his Instagram Story with the caption “Psycho bandit.”

Recently, Toliver and singer Kali Uchis welcomed their first child, as announced by Uchis on March 14 via Instagram. The couple expressed gratitude for their healthy baby boy, receiving warm wishes from fellow artists like Fousheé, Halle Bailey, and Kehlani.
The birth of Toliver’s son coincided with the release of “Deep in the Water,” a track where he references Uchis and celebrates their journey into parenthood.
