A former idol recently showed off his impressive physical transformation!
In 2015, the boy group M.Crown debuted under Star Pro Entertainment. Unfortunately, like many groups under smaller companies, they went on to disband quickly, with multiple members, including Jaehyeok, leaving just before.
Jaehyeok
Jaehyeok would re-debut in the boy group 14U in 2017, under the new stage name E. Sol and as the group’s leader. Though all of their official content has since been deleted, it seemed the group’s debut was met with much excitement.
Unfortunately, like M.Crown, 14U would disband about two years after debut, as most of the members’ contracts expired. Many have since left the K-Pop industry, though member Sejin has since re-debuted as a member of the 4th generation group D-ONE.

In Jaehyeok’s case, it seems he has left the idol life behind but not his idol-level visuals!

However, the idol has since made a huge transformation!
Studio Helix is a photo studio that specializes in “body pictorials” of muscular and fit individuals, usually in various forms of undress.
Jaehyeok seems to have gone to have his photos taken, and the former idol shared three on his Instagram account. One showed him shirtless and dripping wet, while the others gave a full look at his physique, including a photo in just his underwear.
