Though it was only a day ago that BIGHIT MUSIC announced that BTS member V has started his military enlistment process along with the other three members, Jungkook, Jimin, and RM, fans are now excited at the prospect of new music from the singer.

In the past, V has often given ARMYs sneak peeks at songs that were never released. But recently, the singer shared some serious spoilers that indicated his potential future projects. On November 21, V took to Instagram to interact with ARMYs through a question sticker, where he asked them about what they have been up to recently.

One of the responses to the story asked him in return about his whereabouts these days. Surprisingly, V shared the response with a video of him in the studio, recording a brand-new song. In the caption, he wrote, “Ah, I don’t know. Spoiler.”

Another response to the story asked him for a preview of his next project, to which V replied with a picture of him in full costume and makeup, presumably for a concept photo.

While these two spoilers were enough to convince ARMYs of the new music they might be getting soon, a recent development has seemingly given them even more details. The song preview that V had shared on his story was reshared by multiple fan accounts on Twitter. One such account’s post was recently quoted by American singer-songwriter Umi, with an intriguing caption, “loading…”

Umi is an artist that V has recently shown much interest in, sharing her music on his Instagram and even reposting her covers of his originals.
