Khalid’s long-awaited junior album, Sincere is set to arrive on August 2, and releases its latest single, “Ground”.

On the tender track, the El Paso crooner sings the joys of the presence of angel.

“Cotton-candy-colored skies / Even put a smile on my broken muse / Something ’bout the sunset pleases
me and brings out the best in you,” he sings. “I could stare at you all evening / Melting into the mountainside / Now I’m focusing on my breathing / Wondering how I got so high.”

“Ground” is the follow-up to the album’s previously released “Adore U” and “Please Don’t Fall In Love With Me“.
