Last night, The Killers paused their sold out show at the O2 Arena in London to watch and celebrate England’s semi-final victory in the Euros with their audience. The band stopped performing 10 songs into the concert to stream the last two minutes of the match on stage, and celebrated while launching right into ‘Mr. Brightside’ as red and white streamers and confetti filled the arena.

The Killers aren’t the only ones who have paused a show to watch the Euros. Over the weekend, James Corden delayed the start of his play The Constituent to watch the penalty shootout between England and Switzerland, even bringing an iPad onstage before the show to commentate for the audience.

Late last month, former One Direction member Louis Tomlinson brought a huge TV screen to Glastonbury 2024 to catch the England game on June 30. The musician not only brought a TV, but a generator, a TV stand and a dongle, according to The Guardian.

Tomlinson apparently left the site to purchase the screen at Argos that morning, adding: “It’s the second screen I’ve bought. The first one cracked. I wasn’t going to take credit for it if we lost in normal time but now that we’ve equalised I’m happy to.”
