The Inspirational Tale of Brendon Brady aka 5 Fires

Meet Brendon Brady, also known as 5 Fires, a 38-year-old music enthusiast hailing from Langley, BC, Canada. Growing up, he was immersed in the vibrant music scene, sparked by watching his dad perform as a professional drummer in a touring band. From eagerly waiting to record favorite songs on tapes to jamming on his dad’s drum set as a kid, Brendon’s passion for music only intensified with time. As a teen, he delved into playing bass guitar, forming a local band where he wore multiple hats as a musician and manager, orchestrating everything from recordings to show bookings.

Despite achieving success with his band, Brendon faced a turning point when conflicts arose, leading him to part ways and embark on a transformative journey. Determined to redefine his path, he set ambitious goals, ultimately finding success in the world of stock trading while never fully letting go of his love for music. After a hiatus, Brendon rediscovered his passion for singing during a challenging period, using it as therapy and eventually diving into formal lessons. This resurgence reignited his purpose, leading to the creation of a supportive community online, eager to witness his musical evolution.

With newfound confidence, Brendon reached out to industry professionals, for his debut track, “Threw My Life Away,” which was produced by Kevin Rudolf along with a music video, which was filmed by Hollywood Pompeii Studios, a studio based in Kenner, Louisiana, owned by Hollywood Pompeii and his business partner, Hollywood Jamie James. The video production for Threw My Life Away took place in Miami, Florida. Within the music visual, Brady can be found performing at an Airbnb, hosted by American record production duo, Cool & Dre. Cool & Dre’s work as a whole has sold over 75 million records worldwide. The duo has worked with major charting artists like Lil Wayne, Jay-Z, Beyonce, Juvenile, Fat Joe, along with many others.

Recorded in Miami, the experience was a testament to Brendon’s resilience and determination to turn adversity into art. Due to his love for music and the determination to take risks, this led to Brendon exploring more of his musical career, and collaborating with American singer, songwriter, record producer, and multi-instrumentalist and New York City native, Kevin Rudolf.
