Ice Spice lights up for the occasion on her brand new single, “Gimme A Light”.
Beginning with a sample of Sean Paul’s 2001 hit, “Gimme The Light”, the Bronx rapper flaunts her assets and her confident raps over New York drill production by RIOTUSA.
“Watch your mouth ’cause my bitch get scrappy / Fuck you mean? / Bitch, you never could attack me,” raps Ice Spice. She continues, “Off the liquor, we be getting nasty / Ghetto Fabulous and fancy / She getting loud but nobody moved / Talk of the town, I’m making the news.”
“Gimme A Light” marks the “Think U The Shit” hitmaker’s first official release of the year following last year’s “Pretty Girl” with Rema. Ice Spice is coming off her recent remix to Cash Cobain and Baby Swag’s “Fisherrr“.
