Vic Mensa was arrested for felony narcotics possession at Washington Dulles International Airport on Saturday (Jan. 15)
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers took the 28-year-old rapper into custody during a secondary luggage check where they discovered 41 grams of liquid Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD), about 124 grams of Psilocybin capsules, 178 grams of Psilocybin gummies, and six grams of Psilocybin mushrooms concealed inside.
Vic Mensa was transported to Loudoun County Adult Detention Center, where he is being held without bond. Mensa was returning to the U.S. from a trip in Ghana where he and fellow Chicago rapper Chance The Rapper met with Ghana president, Nana Akufo-Addo.
