Blxst is going through emotions on his first single of the year, “Heart Ain’t Empty”.
On the tender track, the Los Angeles crooner wails over lonesome while detailing a distant love.
“And even when the sky is grey, it never rain / Even though I’m miles away, I feel your pain,” he sings on the hook. “I been tryna find the words, but can’t explain / I don’t got the words to say, I feel ashamed / Wish I can be there for you in the way you need me / Hope you knowing that my heart ain’t empty.”
Last year, Blxst released his Just For Clarity 2 EP and reunited with Bino Rideaux for their, SixTape 3 EP. He most recently collaborated with Larry June and producer Cardo on “Without You (Blxst Interlude)“.
