At the end of 2023, Jimin and Jungkook became the last members of BTS to enlist for their service. Although not all the members could attend, they were sent off by fellow members Suga and J-Hope.

Like all of those who enlisted, Jimin had to undergo training, and on January 17, he completed it and went on Weverse to share a letter with fans. While the letter was heartwarming, there weren’t any actual images of Jimin from his graduation ceremony. Yet, on January 18, ARMYs couldn’t hide their excitement when the first photos were shared, courtesy of the idol’s dad.
Jimin’s dad runs a cafe called Magnate in Busan, and he’s always been known to share support for Jimin at the location in every way possible, along with interacting with ARMYs.
So happy to meet Jimin’s dad today! His dad took orders for us and gave us cute Jiminie water bottle for free to each one of us We celebrate Jimin’s birthday at his dad’s cafe today~ very meaningful day..♡

If that wasn’t enough, there was also a message from the idol that was shared in Korea, English, and Japanese, so that fans worldwide could read it. The message relayed a heartfelt message similar to his Weverse post.
Hello, I’m ZM-illennial
Did you all bring your umbrellas? Like it’s going to rain soon.
It’s cloudy. For those who were waiting for the news of the rain, I’d like to send my comfort to those who were worried, and I hope you have a moist day.
If it’s long, if it’s short, it’s a five-week completion ceremony.
It’s over. Thanks to ARMY’s support and love, 1 year and 5 months can be a long time, but it can be a short time. Spring rain, rainy rain, showers, and heavy rain will be next to you.
ARMY gave me a lot of strength.
I heartily thank you.
— Jimin
In the photos, netizens also noticed that Jimin received a huge achievement during his graduation. By looking at his certificate, ARMYs saw that the idol received a commendation from the division commander, which is given to those who get first place among all trainees.
As always, the members of BTS all worked hard during their training and showcased that no matter what they do, they put in 100%.
