NEXT GEN Brings Immersive K-Pop Nightlife to Downtown Los Angeles During KCON Weekend

K-pop fans looking for somewhere to continue the excitement after a full day of KCON will have a new nightlife experience to check out. NEXT GEN, an independent K-pop nightlife event, will take over Clifton’s Republic in Downtown Los Angeles on Saturday, August 15, bringing fans together for an after-hours celebration during one of the biggest K-pop weekends of the year.

Taking place from 9 PM to 2 AM, NEXT GEN is designed as an immersive nightlife experience that traces the evolution of K-pop through four distinct visual and musical worlds, moving from second-generation influences through the current era. Rather than simply serving as another club night, the event aims to create an environment where music, visuals, performance and fandom come together.

The night will feature DJs, performance energy and photo-ready environments, giving attendees plenty of opportunities to dance, socialize and capture memories throughout the evening. The event is expected to bring together a diverse mix of K-pop fans, creators, dancers and visitors in Los Angeles for KCON weekend, creating a space to celebrate the culture and music beyond the convention floor.

Held at the iconic Clifton’s Republic, located at 648 S Broadway in Downtown Los Angeles, NEXT GEN offers an opportunity for fans to extend their K-pop weekend well into the night. With its four-world concept, the event will explore different eras and influences of K-pop while giving attendees a chance to experience the music in a nightlife setting.
