Latitude Festival 2026 has officially kicked off – but will it be rain or shine onsite? Check out the latest weather forecast below.

The Suffolk festival has just opened the gates to Henham Park today (July 23), with a stacked programme of music, comedy and literature planned for their 20th anniversary.
Lewis Capaldi, Teddy Swims and David Byrne are set to headline this year’s main stage.
Other acts joining the line-up include The Flaming Lips, The Last Dinner Party, Self Esteem, Tom Grennan, Wet Leg, Alex James‘ Britpop Classical, Dry Cleaning, English Teacher, Florence Road, Getdown Services, Westside Cowboy and plenty more.
Transgressive Records will also celebrate their 20th anniversary with a stage takeover today. Mystery Jets, Mykki Blanco and Nadia Kadek will perform, followed by sets from Transgressive DJs.
BBC Weather currently predicts light rain and winds today, with sunnier days and a gentle breeze to follow throughout the weekend. Temperatures are expected to peak at 27 degrees, with lows of 13 degrees – see the full forecast below:

Sunday July 26: Cloudy, with light rain throughout the day. Temperatures peaking at 22°C with lows of 12°C

Speaking about hitting their milestone anniversary this year, Festival Director Melvin Benn said that 20 years of Latitude felt like “both a moment and a lifetime”.
“We’ve watched this festival grow from an ambitious idea into a cultural institution that has genuinely changed what people expect from a festival experience,” he added. “This first lineup announcement celebrates everything Latitude has always stood for: fearless programming, artistic ambition, and that magical collision between discovery and legacy.”
Last year, Sting, Snow Patrol and Fatboy Slim headlined the festival, with Basement Jaxx, Elbow, Maribou State, Sigrid and Clean Bandit also performing.
