Ariana Grande has dropped a video of her doing impressions of characters from the Harry Potter world, and fans can’t get enough.

The singer and actor dropped the new video on Instagram, as part of a promotion for her make-up and beauty line R.E.M Beauty.
Advertising a new product, Grande decided to do an assortment of impressions of the most popular Harry Potter characters, but reworking some of their most famous lines to promote the make-up.
Starting with Molly Weasley, the mother of Ron Weasley played by Julie Walters, the singer reworked the line ‘Not my daughter, you bitch’ from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, where Weasley confronts Bellatrix Lestrange.
Grande also did an impression of Lestrange too, played in the films by Helena Bonham Carter, as well as Ron Weasley, played by Rupert Grint.
Harry Potter himself and Hermione Granger impressions featured in the video too – following Grande previously going viral for her impression of the latter – as well as attempts of Severus Snape, Dobby, Moaning Myrtle, and more.
“The moaning Myrtle are you actually serious,” one fan wrote in the comments, while others also praised Grande for getting the majority of the impressions “spot on”.
“Wait Harry and Hermione were actually so good,” one wrote, and another added: “The joy this gives me cannot be oversold”.
“She was born to perform, no matter the medium,” added another person on Instagram, while many others called the video “iconic”.
Ariana Grande has shown off her impressionist skills before too, and in 2024 she hosted Saturday Night Live last night and got praise from fans when she delivered impressions of Britney Spears, Celine Dion and Miley Cyrus.
She has also gone viral before for her surprisingly accurate impression of Jennifer Coolidge, and last year she also debuted a new impression, poking fun at Katy Perry for her infamous space flight.

Grande’s is currently out on her ’Eternal Sunshine’ tour – her first since 2019, and is currently playing stops in North America before hitting the UK for a 10-night residency at London’s O2. Find any remaining tickets here.
The long awaited tour comes as she has been focusing on her acting career in recent years, appearing in the Wicked films and Don’t Look Up. She is also set to take on big roles in the comedy sequel Focker-In-Law with Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro, an adaptation of Dr. Seuss’ Oh, The Places You’ll Go!, and Sunday In The Park With George with Jonathan Bailey on the London stage.
Last year, the star assured fans she wasn’t “abandoning” music, telling fans on Instagram: “It is and always has been my lifeline. There will need to be room made for all of it.”
In terms of music, she will be releasing her new album ‘Petal’, and recently shared the full tracklist for the LP.
The star also recently launched the Brighter Days Ahead Foundation, which is aimed to support the LGBTQ+ community, including mental health services.
