CHOEAEDOL, the app where K-pop fans worldwide cheer on their favorites, announced on June 15 that Shownu of MONSTA X was voted No.1 in its fan poll ‘Which Legend Acting Idol Do You Want to See Again?’
The heartpick poll, which closed on June 14, invited fans to choose the ‘legend’ they most want to see again among K-pop idols who have also taken on acting roles. Shownu who has acting credits works such as Seoul Ghost Stories finished first, ahead of TWICE’s Dahyun in second place and BTS’s V in third.
As the winner, Shownu receives a CM board advertisement at Gangnam-gu Office Station for 15 days, running from July 16 to 30. Fans of his fandom MONBEBE are invited to submit ad designs by June 24.
Shownu recently released the second mini album ‘LOVE ME’ with his unit Shownu X Hyungwon, with both members taking part in producing and choreographing the title track ‘Do You Love Me.’ MONSTA X is also currently meeting fans across Asia and Japan on its ‘2026 MONSTA X World Tour .’
