Ben Jordan, one of the actors behind Peter Parker in the Marvel’s Spider-Man games, has teased that work has started on a new entry.

Ben Jordan is a model who also served as Peter Parker’s likeness actor in both 2018’s Marvel’s Spider-Man and its 2023 sequel.
Last night (April 13) he shared a picture on Instagram of him wearing motion capture equipment. “If you know, you know,” he wrote alongside a spider emoji. The post quickly blew up with fans speculating about a new Marvel’s Spider-Man game. While Jordan soon deleted the picture, it can still be seen on Reddit.

Insomniac are currently gearing up to release Marvel’s Wolverine. The game was originally announced back in 2021 and is now set to launch September 15. Insomniac have said they’re trying to deliver “the ultimate Wolverine fantasy” with the game but warned the story is “much darker and more brutal than you might expect” from the studio.
“Become a living weapon. As he searches for answers about his past, Wolverine will do whatever it takes – unleashing brutal claw combat, violent rage, and relentless determination – to cut through the mystery of the man he used to be,” Insomniac said. “Like our Marvel’s Spider-Man franchise, we’re once again combining our super powers to deliver an original take on a beloved character based on Marvel Comics.”
Last year, Peter Parker voice actor Yuri Lowenthal confirmed he would feature heavily in the unannounced Marvel’s Spider-Man 3 after the previous game ended with Miles Morales as the main Spider-Man. “Peter is not gone,” said Lowenthal. “He will be a part of the next game and he won’t be relegated to the couch, I promise.”
Insomniac’s senior creative director Bryan Intihar has previously said a third Marvel’s Spider-Man game would be “pretty epic” while narrative director Ben Arfmann has spoken about the possibility of a Venom spin-off.
In other news, The Super Mario Galaxy Movie has become the top-grossing Hollywood movie of 2026 so far, earning more than $629million (£469million) at the box office despite poor reviews.
