Dubbed the ‘A Beautiful Lie vs This Is War’ tour, the new shows will see Jared and Shannon Leto hit the road again and play setlists that comprise only of the defining hits from both the 2005 and 2009 albums.
The dates will also seem them rejoin forces with former band member Tomo Miličević, who is temporarily coming back into the line-up for a rare and highly anticipated reunion on stage.
There are 17 shows that have been announced, kicking off in spring 2027 with an opening night in Lisbon. From there, other new dates include stops in Madrid, Milan, Berlin, Vienna and more, before heading over to the UK.
Two UK shows are lined-up, taking place at The O2 in London on April 28 and the Co-Op Live in Manchester on April 29, before the tour rounds off with a closing gig in Dublin on May 1.
“Two iconic albums! One unforgettable night,” the band said, announcing the tour.
Tickets go on sale next Friday (April 17) at 10am local time, and pre-sale options will be available from Tuesday (April 14). Visit here for UK tickets and here for international tickets.

‘A Beautiful Lie’ was released by the band in 2005 and it was their second album – following on from their 2002 self-titled debut record. It achieved multi-platinum status worldwide and contained hit songs like ‘The Kill’ and ‘From Yesterday’.
It was followed by 2009’s ‘This Is War’, which contained fan favourites like ‘Kings and Queens’, ‘This Is War’, and ‘Closer to the Edge’, and went on to earn multi-platinum certifications worldwide.
The band formed in 1998, and have switched to a more pop-inspired sound over the past 10 years, with 2013’s ‘Love, Lust, Faith And Dreams’, 2018’s ‘America’, and 2023’s ‘It’s The End Of The World But It’s A Beautiful Day‘ shifting from the original rock-dominated style they had in the earlier days.
Hinting at new material, last year frontman Jared Leto teased that they might “finally make a rock album again”.
In 2024, the band embarked on a world tour, which was their first in over five years. Leto announced the long-awaited string of shows by climbing up the Empire State Building, and when the dates hit Glasgow, they surprised fans by unintentionally bringing a member of Jedward onto the stage.
