Set 300 years after 2020’s Ghost Of Tsushima, Ghost Of Yōtei is a standalone adventure set in 1600s rural Japan. “The story follows Atsu, a haunted mercenary driven by revenge as she journeys across the rugged lands of Ezo in search of the six outlaws who destroyed her family years earlier.”

The new 2LP vinyl set will feature all the songs from Tomo Otowa’s original soundtrack, which “blends traditional Japanese textures into sweeping orchestral themes as the Ghost’s legend and the Yōtei Six take shape.”

It had been believed that Ghost Of Yōtei, like Ghost Of Tsushima, would be getting a PC release in the near future but according to a new report, Sony is scrapping multi-platform launches due to poor sales and “concerns that releasing their games on PC risks damaging the console’s brand and will hurt sales of the PlayStation 5 and its successors.”

In other news, Microsoft has confirmed Grand Theft Auto 5 will be leaving Xbox Game Pass this month alongside four other titles.
