My Chemical Romance, Iron Maiden, Tool and Limp Bizkit have been announced as the headliners of a stacked Louder Than Life festival 2026 line-up.

More than 200 bands are set to perform at the four-day fest in Louisville, Kentucky takes at Kentucky Exposition Center from September 17 to 20.
The event will kick off with Iron Maiden, Pantera and Megadeth topping the bill on the opening night, with My Chemical Romance, Pierce The Veil and A Day to Remember leading the pack on the Friday night. Saturday will be topped by Limp Bizkit, with Tool closing out the final night.
Among the other acts set to perform across the weekend are Alice Cooper, The Prodigy, BABYMETAL, Danzig, Rise Against, Ice Nine Kills, The Mars Volta, Mastodon, The Used, Coheed And Cambria, Taking Back Sunday, Killswitch Engage, Anthrax, Ministry and many others. This year’s bash will also feature a number of anniversary sets, including Jimmy Eat World’s 25th anniversary of ‘Bleed American’, Sleeping With Sirens honoring the 15th anniversary of ‘Let’s Cheer To This’ and ‘Alien Ant Farm’ celebrating the 25th anniversary of ‘ANThology’.
“Last year, we took over Kentucky Kingdom and broke rock festival records. This year, we’re back to deliver the ultimate rock escape,” said promoter Danny Wimmer in a statement via Billboard. “Louder Than Life is your playground — ride the coasters, catch legendary and emerging bands, enjoy incredible food and bourbon, and dive headfirst into the rock experience you’ve been waiting for. It’s time to let loose and have fun. We’ll see you soon.”
In addition to the music, festival goers will get free access to amusement rides inside Kentucky Kingdom, which will be open exclusively for ticket holders.
Headliners Iron Maiden are already due to play a massive UK show at Knebworth this summer, while this year’s event sees My Chemical Romance also stretch their already mammoth 2026 tour.
Last year’s headliners included Bring Me The Horizon, Sleep Token, Deftones, Slayer, Avenged Sevenfold, Spiritbox, Knocked Loose and Lamb of God.
