Last November, it was announced the alt metal band would headline All Points East x Outbreak on August 23.

IDLESAmyl & The Sniffers, Esdeekid, JPEGMAFIA, ¥øu$Uk€ ¥uk1mat$U, BasementWispDeafheaven and Show Me The Body were announced as the first wave of supports for the day.

Now, a fresh batch of names have been revealed – with indie rock legends Interpol announced to play on the day. Goth rockers AFI will perform as well, alongside Philly punks Mannequin Pussy.

Witch house pioneers Salem will also make an appearance alongside techno upstart Blawan, with alt-rock NME 100 graduate Ecca Vandal rounding out the list of names.

More artists are still to be announced – in the meantime, take a look at the lineup so far below and get your tickets here:

So far, Lorde has been announced as an All Points East headliner on Saturday August 22.

Following Deftones’ headline slot, Tyler, The Creator will be headlining All Points East 2026 with a huge two-day takeover. Twenty One Pilots will round of festivities on August 26. For its 2025 edition, All Points East was headlined by the likes of The MaccabeesRayeCleo Sol, SAULT, ChronixxChase & Status and Barry Can’t Swim.

It’s extremely likely Interpol may preview some new music at All Points East this year. In an interview we did with Daniel Kessler last year, the Interpol guitarist told us that they band were “very far along” with the follow up to 2022’s ‘The Other Side Of Make-Believe’.

“We’ve still got a little bit of work to do, but it’s really getting there,” Kessler added. “We’re all really excited about the results and the feel of it. It will be coming out next year.”

Moreno has previously praised Interpol’s debut album ‘Turn On The Bright Lights’, telling NME at the time: “I think every great band has that one time in their career when everything just comes together, lines up and is firing on all pistons.

“Most great bands have that record once; some have two or three,” he continued. “If you’re lucky enough to have one record like that, I’d say that’s Interpol’s record. It’s definitely a journey and there’s not a bad song on that record.”

Meanwhile, AFI also released their twelfth studio album ‘Silver Bleeds The Black Sun…’ last year, which Rolling Stone Australia described as having “dreamy-haunting swells and Cure-esque romanticism”.

Mannequin Pussy will be playing tracks off their 2024 album ‘I Got Heaven‘. Speaking to NME that year, frontwoman Marisa Dabice told us the album’s title was inspired by the thought: “If you were to spend just one day with your eyes fully open, you would see that the natural world which we coexist with, and our relationships to other people, are some of the most beautiful and enriching experiences we get to have in our lives.

“And this whole idea of what heaven is — how could it be anything other than what is already here?”

Elsewhere, the woman from Deftones’ ‘Around the Fur’ album art looks back: “Just me having a kick-ass time, you know?”
