Harry Styles has smashed various records at both Wembley Stadium and Madison Square Garden with his upcoming residency shows.

The global super star recently announced his fourth solo album, ‘Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally’, which is set for release on March 6, and then dropped the first taster of the record in the form of lead single ‘Aperture’ – which features Wolf Alice frontwoman Ellie Rowsell on backing vocals.
He then went on to announce a massive seven-city ‘Together, Together’ tour, which includes a residency in London at Wembley Stadium, and a colossal 30 dates at New York’s Madison Square Garden.
Thanks to huge demand, more nights were added to the London residency, and when tickets went live yesterday (Tuesday January 27), it was reported that there were queues of up to 250,000 for each of the Wembley stops.
Unsurprisingly, it has now been confirmed that Styles has broken various records with the huge demand for his upcoming tour – both in the UK and in the US.
According to Ticketmaster, there were over 11.5million pre-sale registrations for the Madison Square Garden shows – which is the “highest volume ever recorded for an artist presale” in the city. The huge milestone also marks the “the largest artist presale registration performance ever seen for a single market or residency-style run.”
“If only half of those registrations were legitimate, it reflects a massive demand for one of the world’s biggest artists that may not be met by even a large residency at one market in the U.S,” shared The Hollywood Reporter of the figures.
As for the ‘As It Was’ singer’s UK dates, there were initially six shows planned for London, but huge demand has seen this now double to 12 nights at the massive venue.
Thanks to this, Styles will now hold the record for the most performances by any artist in a single year at the iconic venue – surpassing Coldplay’s 10-night run last summer. He will also hold the record at Wembley Stadium for most concerts performed by a solo artist during a single concert run in the venue’s history (surpassing the eight-nights set by Taylor Swift in 2024).
“We are incredibly proud to welcome Harry Styles back to Wembley Stadium for what will be a truly historic run of shows. The 12 nights will be among the most special in our stadium’s long history,” said a spokesperson for the venue.
Standard tickets for Wembley shows ranged from £44.10 to £279.45, and VIP packages were priced between £333.45 and £725.45. Ticket prices were confirmed by Ticketmaster as not liable to change during the pre-sale or on-sale, as the controversial ‘dynamic pricing’ function will not be used.
Fans after tickets to Madison Square Garden shows were told ahead of time that the tickets had been priced between $50 and $1,182, including service fees. Again, it was confirmed that these figures would not change during the presale or onsale.
As well as UK and US residencies, other cities Styles will visit on the upcoming ‘Together Together’ tour will include shows in Amsterdam, São Paulo, Mexico City, Melbourne and Sydney. The support acts on the trek are Shania Twain, Robyn, Fcukers, Jorja Smith, Jamie xx, Fousheé and Skye Newman.

The former One Direction star has pledged to donate £1 from every ticket sold to LIVE’s levy to protect UK grassroots music venues.
“He’s the first artist this year to announce a major UK stadium tour with £1 from every ticket going to the LIVE Trust, directly supporting the UK’s grassroots venues,” said the Music Venue Trust (MVT). “That £1 might feel small. But when artists at the top level step up, it unlocks serious, long-term support for the base that holds the whole live music ecosystem together. This model works. And it’s growing.”
His return to sharing music comes after he admitted that he needed to “fall in love with music all over again” after the releasing of ‘Harry’s House’ in 2022 and wrapping up the huge tour for that record in 2023.
NME gave the ‘Aperture’ single a four-star review, describing it as “Styles as we’ve not heard him before”.
“‘Aperture’ is propelled by a lightly thumping beat that’s made more or less euphoric by the stabs of house piano that dip in and out, the jittery blasts of distorted fuzz, and the 31-year-old’s resonant delivery in the chorus: ‘We belong together’,” it read. “Add in a series of drawn-out, droning chords and it’s (likely) as close as we’re going to get to Styles fronting LCD Soundsystem.”
Styles also cited James Murphy and co. as an influence on the track, saying that it made him realise “how I want to feel when I’m on stage”.
