Sydney Sweeney and Amanda Seyfried lead psychological thriller film The Housemaid.
Directed by Paul Feig (Bridesmaids, The Heat), the film follows Millie Calloway who becomes a live-in housemaid for a wealthy couple. When she discovers the household’s dark secrets however, their seemingly perfect life starts to unravel.

Other cast members in the film include Brandon Sklenar, Michele Morrone, Elizabeth Perkins, Indiana Elle, Mark Grossman, Hannah Cruz, Megan Ferguson and Ellen Tamaki.
The Housemaid was released in cinemas on December 19 in the US, and arrives in the UK on December 26, 2025.

The film’s score is by Theodore Shapiro, who is best known for his work on Severance. He’s previously collaborated with director Paul Feig on Spy, 2016’s Ghostbusters, A Simple Favor and Last Christmas.
Fellow composer Caroline Shaw also contributes vocals to several tracks. You can stream both volumes of the soundtrack below.
