Oh. What. Fun. is Amazon Prime Video’s biggest Christmas movie offering for 2025, but what songs are in it? Find out below.
The film was released onto the streamer on Wednesday (December 3) and comes from director Michael Showalter, known for the 2017 romcom The Big Sick and co-creating the Wet Hot American Summer franchise.
It stars Michelle Pheiffer as Claire, the matriarch of the Clauster family as she goes through the stress of preparing to host her extended family for the Christmas holidays. Felicity Jones, Chloë Grace Moretz and The Holdovers’ Dominic Sessa star as her three children, while Denis Leary, Jason Schwartzman, Danielle Brooks and Eva Longoria also co-star.
Oh. What. Fun. is based on the short story of the same name by Chandler Baker and Baker has also overseen the screenplay for the film, alongside Showalter. Check out the trailer here:
The film has been met with challenging reviews, currently sitting on a 36 per cent rating on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes. “Stuffing a whole lot of talent into a puny stocking, Oh. What. Fun.’s murky holiday spirit and distracting product placement too often weigh down an appealing cast,” reads their critics consensus.
