Produced by Pirate, Smatt and Splitted Stupid, the Philly and Chi-Town addressed street survivor and the PTSD that comes with it.

Meek raps, “I know all the killas well, I was poppin’ pills with them / Been fallin’ back from Kiladel ’cause I might try to drill niggas yeah / My youngin’ died, that twenty like a real nigga Shots to his head, hit his chest like some real liquor,” before G Herbo adds, “My bitch trippin’, say she think I might OD off pills /
