Next year’s Golden Globes nominations are being announced today (December 9).
The contenders for the 2025 ceremony – which takes place on January 6 – are due to be confirmed by Mindy Kaling and Morris Chestnut at 1.15pm GMT (5.15am PT). The nominations can be streamed live below.
The awards mark the first major ceremony of next year’s season, which will culminate with the Oscars on March 3.
The 2025 Golden Globes will be hosted by comedian Nikki Glaser, who follows on from last year’s much-maligned turn from Jo Koy.
The 2024 Golden Globes saw five wins for Oppenheimer, with the movie going on to take home seven awards at the Oscars, including Best Picture. Other notable Globes winners were Anatomy Of A Fall, Barbie, The Holdovers and Poor Things, which took home two awards each.
On the TV side of things, Succession‘s final season was the big winner, taking home four awards, while The Bear and Beef won three each.
