This month’s Mixtape is for the girls — the ones who come out strutting, stomping, dancing, and heels tapping. While (again) I have, unfortunately, not been listening to as much K-pop as I used to, there are still the few who rise to the top of my On Repeat. For the past few months, it’s been — a bit surprisingly as a majority boy group stan — the girls. From Babymonster‘s suave earworm “Clik Clak” to Le Sserafim‘s offbeat and adrenaline-filled “1-800-hot-n-fun,” here are nine songs that are full of surprises, but in a very good way.
