The hip-hop and rap duo – comprising Jordan Stephens and Harley Alexander-Sulé – are due to hit the road next spring for shows in Manchester, Birmingham and London. They’ve also confirmed a homecoming headline shot at The Great Escape 2025 in Brighton.

Stephens and Alexander-Sulé announced the forthcoming tour in a spoof weather report on social media today (October 7). Looking ahead to their gig at the O2 Kentish Town Forum, Stephens said there was a “100 per cent chance of radical joy [and] radical optimism”.

“So stay safe out there with this extreme Rizzle Kicks weather,” he added, before Alexander-Sulé assured fans that they could protect themselves by buying a ticket to one of the shows.

Tickets go on general sale at 10am BST this Thursday (October 10) – you’ll be able to buy yours here. Alternatively, you can access a pre-sale at the same time tomorrow (Tuesday October 8) by signing up here.

“WE’RE PLAYING MORE SHOWS,” Rizzle Kicks wrote. “We cannot wait for these ones and genuinely couldn’t be more gassed to see you all there.”

The new tour dates will follow the group’s gig at KOKO in Camden Town, London on November 8 – which marks their first live together show in almost 10 years.

Rizzle Kicks’ upcoming UK tour dates are:

NOVEMBER 2024
08 – KOKO, London

MARCH 2025
19 – O2 Ritz, Manchester
21 – O2 Institute, Birmingham
22 – O2 Forum Kentish Town, London

MAY 2025
16 – Brighton Dome, Brighton (The Great Escape)

Rizzle Kicks spoke to NME in August about returning with their first single in eight years, ‘Javelin’.

“We’ve been writing for a long time, maybe three or four years on this music,” Alexander-Sulé explained, before revealing that the duo were working on their third studio album. He told NME that their new material “is a lot deeper” touching on “mental health struggles, family life, love and the idea of getting older”.

“There are loads of moments on the album that are pretty introspective,” Alexander-Sulé said, “but we wanted this first moment [‘Javelin’] to really capture the public and show what we represent, which is fun and joy and carefree.”

Stephens said it would be easy for Rizzle Kicks “to leverage the nostalgia” and go on tour and just play the songs they are best known for. However, he explained that “me and Harley rekindling our joy of creating music together” was more important.

Rizzle Kicks have since released another new single, ‘Gumdrops’.
