The festival will be held at the Herrington Country Park in Sunderland for the first time this year, and set to run between Friday May 22 and Sunday May 24.
The first wave of names joining the bill was shared earlier this month, with Fatboy Slim and Sonny Fodera set to headline on Friday, alongside NME 100 star Clementine Douglas, German DJ and singer horsegiirL, Australian music producer FISHER, DJ Arielle Free, and more.
Then, a jam-packed schedule for Saturday was announced, with Lola Young, Louis Tomlinson, Zara Larsson, Nothing But Thieves, Ellie Goulding and many more confirmed.
Now, the line-up for the Sunday instalment has been shared, with names set to perform on the final night including Olivia Dean, CMAT, Niall Horan.
For Dean, the slot comes amid a huge 2026 so far thanks to her ‘The Art Of Loving’ album – becoming the first solo British female to simultaneously claim the Number One album and Number One single spots on the UK Official Charts since Adele in 2021.
She was also the most nominated artist at the 2026 BRITs, nominated in five categories – and taking home Song of The Year for ‘Rein Me In’ with Sam Fender, Artist of The Year, Album of The Year for ‘The Art of Loving’, and Pop Act – as well as winner of Best New Artist at the Grammys, and the new favourite for the next James Bond theme.
For CMAT, the new slot follows her advancing to headliner status thanks to her massive 2025 album ‘EURO-COUNTRY’, and for Niall Horan it comes following the former One Direction star revealing that his fourth album is “done” and has sharing a snippet with fans.
Others set to play on the main stage on Sunday include last year’s BRITs Rising Star winner Myles Smith, as well as Charlie Hedges, Dean McCullough, Dermot Kennedy, Jeremiah Asiamah, Kehlani, Melvin Odoom and more.
Those taking to the Radio 1 New Music Stage on the Sunday will be Alessi Rose, Ezra Collective, FLO, Holly Humberstone, Maisie Peters, Jack Saunders, Ordeal, and a party set from Jorja Smith.

The festival is continuing its tradition of helping to bring some of the biggest names in music to parts of the country that may not otherwise host such large-scale shows. In the past it has seen Lana Del Rey head to Hull, Taylor Swift perform in Norwich, Ed Sheeran take the stage in Coventry and more.
The 2026 edition will see the BBC working closely with Sunderland City Council to ensure that the Big Weekend is a safe and secure environment for all attending, and a portion of the tickets are being reserved for people local to Sunderland.
Last year, Big Weekend took place at Liverpool’s Sefton Park, and it was Sam Fender, Blossoms, Lola Young, Wet Leg, Tom Grennan, Biffy Clyro, Confidence Man, Barry Can’t Swim, Nia Archives, Katy B, The Wombats and more who led the bill.
