NME last reviewed the festival in 2023, when the likes of Arctic Monkeys, Florence + the Machine and Pavement performed. “It’s an event that continues to stand at the forefront of the European festival circuit,” the article read.

In other news, Calvin Harris has teamed up with Kasabian on a collaborative new single, ‘Release The Pressure’. Speaking to NME last month, Serge Pizzorno teased that they could be joining one another onstage this summer to “bring the noise”.

Westside Cowboy spoke to NME for The Cover interview recently, and reflected on their rise since winning Glastonbury’s Emerging Talent Competition last year. “The novelty of playing to people hasn’t worn off, whether that’s Glastonbury or anywhere,” said drummer Paddy Murphy.

“It always feels a bit like someone’s had a word, like, ‘Let this little band have a go.’ It never quite feels certain and real – it’s like somebody’s going to turn the lights on, then we’re going to have to grab our stuff and leave.”
