The night took part as the final UK stop on Fred’s ‘USB002’ tour, which kicked off in February and has seen the producer and DJ perform at different cities across the world – and bring out special guests including Underworld, Mike Skinner, and Ezra Collective along the way.
Ahead of his final stop was at London’s Alexandra Palace venue, which took place on Friday (February 27), and ahead of the gig, Fred took to Instagram Stories to share a video of him with Daft Punk’s Thomas Bangalter.
“I can’t believe I’m typing this. There is only one way to end this tour of surreal whirlwind dream-casting, and it is with this man, the greatest,” he wrote. “We’ve been in the studio all week and basically prepared an entire one-off show just for tonight.”

The two had performed together in Paris last October, and while that set at the Centre Pompidou didn’t feature many Daft Punk tracks, this latest appearance in London saw them making up a good amount of the setlist.
Classics included ‘Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger’ and ‘Around The World’, as well as ‘Technologic’ and their collab with The Weeknd, ‘Starboy’.
They also broke out ‘One More Time’ twice, and Bangalter also delivered a mash-up of ‘Aerodynamic, ‘Rollin’ And Scratchin’’ and Fred Again..’s hit song ‘Victory Lap’.
According to Setlist.Fm, other guest appearances on the night came from Jamie T who joined for ‘Lights Burn Dimmer’, Berwyn for ‘BerwynGesaffNeighbours’, Ezra Collective for ‘Beto’s Horns’, and Joy Anonymous for ‘Peace U Need’.
At previous shows during the residency, other guest appearances came from Underworld, Mike Skinner, D Double E, La Roux, JME, Headie One, and Lou Noor (formerly SICARIA).
The gig took place the night before the 2026 BRIT Awards, which were held in Manchester and saw Fred Again.. nominated for Artist Of The Year, Song Of The Year (‘Victory Lap’), and Dance categories. He went on to win the trophy for the latter.

Fred has also teased an unreleased new Harry Styles song, expected to feature on the pop star’s fourth solo album ‘Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally’. That album is set to arrive on March 6, and has so far been previewed by one single, ‘Aperture’.
Fred Again..’s USB series first began in 2022, with an album that featured songs like ‘Baby Again’, ‘Rumble’ with Skrillex & Flowdan, ‘Jungle’, ‘leavemealone’ with Baby Keem, and ‘stayinit’ with Lil Yachty. It then came with remixes from Nia Archives, HAAi and Rico Nasty, before the first collection was released on vinyl as ‘USB001’ in 2024.
‘USB002’ was released in December and was awarded four stars from NME, in a review that read: “While the ‘Actual Life’ series and ‘Ten Days’ captured flickers of life, the common thread of ‘USB’ seems to be an eternal state of flux, where all limits and shackles are off.
“Bridging the gap between the album and playlist format, ‘USB002’ is the latest piece of evidence that the man of the hour will surely become the man of the decade, and – with the streak he’s on – perhaps his generation.”
