On January 18, 2026, K-pop soloist and leader of K-pop group A.C.E, Junhee, brought his Into The Ocean Tour to The Roxy, located in Los Angeles, California, showcasing a fun, magical, and crowd-filled night.
The concert was a personal and immersive experience that fans were always a part of every minute. With a strong sense of connection, Junhee expressed his love to the fans who were singing and dancing along with him the entire show. Allowing him to gain energy from the fans and be able to not only give a strong performance but surprising us along the way.
From the start, he opened his show with an intro for “Supernova.” This track was Junhee’s debut as a solo artist and the song that had everybody excited for what was to come from him. The intro alone already had the crowd cheering and singing from the start. A few moments later, Junhee comes out and, with his energetic vocals and amazing stage presence, brings electricity to the atmosphere. The moments of him dancing as well showed that he was having fun on stage, and fans were cheering for him in excitement.
He continued with two more songs from his recent album, “The First Night And Day.” The second song is “Sugar (18:00),” which had the venue immersed in the vocals as it is a slower track. But the fans understood the assignment with the call and response moments, which brought everyone together and as one. The second song was “You Should Come (21:00).” This track had everyone lip-singing along, while Junhee had a smile on his face the entire time.
Junhee continued the show by sharing multiple covers, including those of “Beautiful” by Bazzi and “Soft Spot” by Keshi. The crowd was in awe of the performance because of how personal he made each song. These weren’t the only songs covered, as he also performed: “Toxic Till The End” by Rosie and “Your Idol” from Kpop Demon Hunters.
During the concert, Junhee would take time to talk to the audience about how he missed the L.A sky to missing his fans. With random calls from fans, he would acknowledge and agree with them, making these moments wholesome. One of these moments comes from talking about tacos, which became a debate and a throwback story when he had some during his last tour with all the members of A.C.E. Which led to the segment where he tries local food from the city. With Los Angeles being known for tacos, he brought onstage three items: tacos, elote, and horchata. Where he would share his thoughts with the crowd and create honest conversations which became iconic moments.
Towards the end of the show he sang songs from A.C.E like “Clover,” “My Girl,” and “Effortless.” Which had the entire venue singing and cheering, which shows that their fanbase is as strong as ever. Even though this was his solo tour, Junhee made sure to include his members in any way he could. After nine years, the group continues to support one another which Junhee confirmed when he shared with the crowd that the members wished him well on his tour right before he left. He had also performed “Tattoo (12:30),” as well which is a group song off his newest album and had the intro be his members voices.
A moment that stood out was seeing Junhee live, from always seeing his performances in A.C.E and as a soloist through different stages online. At the concert you saw a different side of him, one that loves his fans and where he came from. From performing not only his songs but others as well it shows his growth as an artist throughout the years and he is one that is going to continue to grow.
During Junhee’s time LA, KpopWise caught up with him for a this or that game. Check out the interview here!
