The Sheffield band joined forces with the US musician, DJ and producer on his sixth studio album, ‘Odyssey’, which arrived last Friday (February 6).

‘Slave To The Rithim’ is a euphoric yet harsh cut that blends EDM and techno with heavy elements courtesy of Oli Sykes and co.

So, fall in to my arms/ Keep on dancin’ ’round like nothing really matters/ Drown out the alarms/ And if you’re paranoid, just remember/ You are not alone,” the frontman sings over a sparse, piano-led instrumental, following a full-throttle intro and first verse.

The chaos soon resumes as the joint track builds up to a massive breakdown after a brutal signature scream from Sykes. ‘Slave To The Rithim’ then segues into a throbbing, ravey section before a dubstep beat kicks in.

‘Odyssey’ also features collabs with the likes of Ellie Goulding, Kid Cudi and Bastille.

Illenium is set to showcase the album at a residency at Las Vegas’ Sphere, which kicks off next month.

Bring Me The Horizon, meanwhile, have teased a cinematic new remix of ‘Throne’ with Ghost Of Yōtei. They recently announced a limited vinyl edition of ‘Lo-Files’ for Record Store Day 2026, as well as a special pressing of ‘Bad Life’ with Sigrid.

An “immersive” new concert film from the group, L.I.V.E. in São Paulo…, hits cinemas worldwide for two dates only on March 25 and 28. Tickets go on sale at 2pm GMT today (Wednesday February 11) – buy yours here.

Speaking to NME at Reading Festival 2025, Sykes revealed that 12 more songs could be arriving at some point as part of the ‘Director’s Cut’ of ‘Post Human: Nex Gen’. However, he warned fans that new music might take a little longer since he became a father of twins.

“The music will come, but it’s just not the be-all and end-all,” he said. “We’re realising that we don’t have to put another record out; we just put one out. Most bands would go away for two years, have an actual break. You don’t have to do this, but I want to and I enjoy it. If it doesn’t happen, then it doesn’t happen.”

Meanwhile, Bring Me will head out on their 2026 ‘Ascension Program 2’ North American tour this spring. They’ll also make appearances at this year’s Rock For PeopleNova RockTons Of Rock and Sick New World.

Last week, they were confirmed as headliners for Sziget 2026 alongside Florence + The MachineLewis Capaldi, Twenty One Pilots and more.
